Dan Malley is a former member of the U.S. Marine Reserves, trained as a Field Radio Operator, attached to a Marine Infantry Unit, Forward Observation Team and Tactical Air Control Party. He is also a graduate of the Vermont Police Academy. He served as a trooper with the Vermont State Police.
Dan began his private detective career with AM-CO International Investigations, Inc., where he rose to the position of Deputy Director of Operations.
During his 14 years at AM-CO, Dan worked on all types of investigations, Including, counterfeiting for well known international companies and criminal defense in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of Maine. He has worked undercover in local businesses. He provided executive protection for members of a royal family and for several local companies. He also planned and implemented numerous surveillance operations, both large and small.
Dan specializes in criminal defense, he is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator by the Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council. He has worked all types of criminal cases including Murder One.
Dan has also conducted numerous child custody investigations. In 2009 an investigation into a father from the Palmer/Warren area resulted in the arrest and conviction of this man in 2011 on four counts of child rape. (Read more)
He is currently working toward his degree in Criminal Justice.
Dan Malley is also a certified paramedic in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His years of experience working on a 911 ambulance have given him invaluable insight not only to the mechanism of injuries related to incidents, both criminal and civil, but to the working of the medical profession itself.
